Where do the numbers come from?
Only from the five fields you fill in. The calculator doesn't store or send anything: the math runs in your browser.
Why doesn't the calculator say how much no-shows will drop?
Because that number doesn't exist beforehand. To say a no-show was prevented you would need to know it would have happened. Once you start, the Results screen compares your rate with the start of your schedule, counted in the database.
Does the reminder also go out by WhatsApp?
Through the patient's app, always. Through WhatsApp, once the clinic connects its official channel.
And the hours the front desk gets back?
They are the confirmation calls. The front desk still greets people, reschedules and bills: CHIRON takes the repetitive part, not the work of the people at the desk.
