Questions
Questions about plans and billing
How do we get started?
Tell us about your clinic. We set it up with you, on test data until the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is signed, and send the pricing for US clinics, which is by proposal. No lock-in.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. On an upgrade the difference is prorated for the remaining period; on a downgrade the new price applies from the next cycle.
Is there lock-in or a cancellation fee?
No. You cancel whenever you want, effective at the end of the current cycle, and you can export all the clinic's data.
How does the annual discount work?
The annual cycle is 20% off the monthly price and is charged once, at the start of the period.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, charged automatically on the cycle you chose, by a payment processor and outside our servers. In the billing portal you change the card and download invoices. For Enterprise, billing follows the terms set in the contract.
Is there a per-patient cost?
No. Plans are per clinic, with unlimited patients: the price doesn't punish your care for growing.
