Frequently asked questions
What if the column names are different?
The system recognizes name, email, phone and date of birth even under other column names, and you fix whatever is mismatched.
What if the patient is already in CHIRON?
Anyone already in CHIRON is skipped and shows up in the ignored list, with the row number.
