CHIRON

answers from the clinic's protocol

just measured: 150 over 100. I already took the morning one. do I take it again?

When to call the clinicAnd what your clinic's protocol marks as a sign not to wait on: chest pain, shortness of breath, or a change in speech or vision. If any of them shows up, seek care right away or call 911.

thank you, dear. I'll wait then 💚

Day to day

What changes in the clinic's routine

  • Dose by dose, on time

The reminder goes out through the app or by message, and each dose taken becomes an adherence record for the team.

  • Home records, in order

What the patient measures and feels comes in by day and shows up in sequence for whoever follows them.

  • Whoever goes quiet shows up

A patient who stops logging enters the team's queue with the number of days, before missing a visit.

The questionWeek 3 · 7:20am

The question is always the same, and always urgent to whoever asks it.

“I already took the morning one: do I take it again?” CHIRON answers with what the clinic wrote and records the question with the time. Changing a dose remains an act of whoever prescribes.

The recordWeek 6

Her readings become a line, not a pile of paper.

Every entry lands with date and time and stays in order in the chart. Reading it is the team's job: the app stores and organizes, it does not classify.

The patient's entries in chronological order, the way the team receives them.

Célia's entries · week 6

  • Week 1

Blood pressure today: 140 over 90

  • Week 2

Seven days in a row with the medication logged

  • Week 4

  • Week 6

Question about the dose, logged and passed on

It's the same record the patient sees in the app.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

  • Which conditions have a ready template?

Hypertension and type 2 diabetes, currently in Portuguese. The clinic can write other protocols in the same format.

  • Does the system interpret blood pressure or glucose?

No. It records what the patient reports and organizes it for the team. The clinician reads and decides.

  • Can older patients use it?

The app has a calm mode, with larger text and less on screen, and the patient can invite a caregiver to follow medications and messages.

  • Can it follow a patient for months?

Yes. Ongoing follow-up has no discharge date: it moves by phases, with scheduled visits and reminders, until the clinic closes it.
