Treatment adherence

How closely the patient follows what was agreed.

Doses taken, diary entries and follow-ups become records per patient, and whoever stops logging enters the queue with the number of days.

What is Treatment adherence?

It measures how much the patient keeps to the plan: the dose on time, the day's record, the booked follow-up.

The team can only act on what it sees. Adherence that drops quietly only shows up at the follow-up.
